Welcome to Pea Baby (operated via peababy.com.tr and wholesalefromturkey.com). By placing an order or conducting business with us, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and operational policies.

1. Order Types & Minimum Quantities

We offer two distinct ordering channels for our global B2B clients, catering to ready-to-ship inventory as well as custom private label production requirements.

Ready-Made Collections (Stock)

Custom Private Label Manufacturing (OEM / Custom Branding)

MOQ: Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces overall, dress, sets etc. (or a minimum order value of €500).
Order Flexibility: Clients can freely mix models, sizes, and colors within a single order.
Branding: All stock items are shipped in their original state, fully branded with standard our brands labels, care tags, neck prints, hangers, and packaging.

MOQ: Minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style/colorway.
Sizing: Standard size distributions can be mixed within the 300-piece minimum.
Fabric & Dyeing Minimums: Utilizing available ready-stock fabrics maintains standard MOQs. If custom-dyed fabrics or specialized non-stock fabric qualities are requested, the MOQ will increase based on textile mill dyeing thresholds.

2. Branding & Labeling Policy

Stock Items (No Label Replacement): We do not offer label replacement, re-tagging, or de-branding services on ready-made stock collections. Our garments feature integrated neck prints, brand tags, and care labels; removing or altering these elements damages the fabric and garment integrity.
Private Label Orders: For custom 300+ piece manufacturing runs, custom neck labels, woven brand tags, care labels (including multi-language/EU compliant labels), hangtags, and branded packaging can be integrated during the manufacturing process.

3. Pricing, Quotes & Unit Costs

Stock Pricing: Prices listed on our wholesale portal or official price sheets apply to ready-stock items.
Custom Manufacturing Pricing: Fixed per-piece quotes for private label orders are calculated only after design specs, tech packs, or physical prototypes are approved. Unit prices vary based on:
- Fabric composition and GSM weight
- Printing, embroidery density, and collar/piping detailing
- Size range distribution
- Packaging, hanger, and custom trim selections
Handling / Attachment Fees: Any special label attachment or custom packaging handling fees for provided materials are calculated and quoted based on specific order requirements prior to production.

4. Sampling & Pattern Development

Prototype Development Fee: Custom prototype/sample creation ranges from €80 to €100 per design. This fee covers digital pattern drafting, technical specification sheet creation, fabric/trim sourcing, and first physical sample construction.
Sample Courier Shipping: Sample shipping via express courier is billed separately at a flat rate of €35.
IP & Pattern Ownership: Upon full payment for development, all custom patterns, tech packs, and technical specification files belong entirely to the client and will be delivered in digital format (DXF/PDF).
Sample Revisions: Minor pattern or fitting adjustments following the client's review of the first prototype are included.

5. Garment Testing & Compliance

Certifications: Raw fabrics utilized in our production hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 certification. Snap fasteners and metal trims comply with EN-71 safety standards (nickel-free, mechanical pull-strength tested).
Finished Garment Testing: We do not offer finished garment laboratory testing or third-party lab coordination services. Testing of finished garments for specific regional regulatory compliance (e.g., EU/US market clearance) must be organized independently by the buyer. Fabric swatch cuts from production batches can be provided upon request for lab submissions.

6. Payment Terms & Order Processing

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union, or KoronaPay. For cargo pickups in Istanbul, cash payment upon handover to the client's designated cargo company can be arranged.
Packing Policy: Goods are picked, packed, and measured only after payment (or payment confirmation) is received. Net weight and final box dimensions (cubic meters) are provided upon completion of full order packaging.
No Cancellation Post-Payment: Once custom production or stock allocation commences following payment, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Shipping & Logistics

Shipping Methods: Orders are dispatched from Istanbul, Turkey via express air freight (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or specialized international cargo transit operators (ground/air freight forwarding).
Client-Organized Cargo (Ex-Works / Local Handover):
1. Clients using specialized cargo operators in Istanbul (e.g., Laleli, Aksaray, Zeytinburnu) are required to arrange transportation directly with their chosen cargo firm.
2. Clients must provide Pea Baby with the cargo company name, branch address in Istanbul, and their personal Cargo Client Code.
3. Pea Baby delivers packed goods to the client's designated cargo warehouse in Istanbul and provides a receipt/waybill.
Postal Services: We do not ship commercial orders via standard national postal services due to insurance, tracking, and customs limitations.
Customs & Import Duties: All import duties, taxes, clearance fees, and destination country compliance requirements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8. Quality Control & Returns

All items undergo strict quality control prior to dispatch.
As a B2B manufacturer, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless items possess manufacturing defects verified by our team within 7 days of delivery receipt.
